Field Engineering Specialist - Client Management

As a Field Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services are seamlessly integrated into client operations. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with clients to achieve successful outcomes. You will also support project planning and provide training and support to both clients and internal teams.

Few examples of responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services.
Manage technical requests from clients and partners.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions.
Assist in project planning, including equipment selection, resource allocation, and timelines.
Work alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations.
Produce technical documents.
Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Visit clients for on-field technical support during installation (occasional need).

Ideal Background:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3 years of experience in Field Engineering with a strong client management approach
Background in manufacturing complex systems; experience with Large Format systems will be considered a plus
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work in a team
Strong problem-solving skills
High proficiency in English or Italian (C1); the other language needs to be intermediate (B2)
