As an IT Junior Specialist, your role involves managing and maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the overall efficiency and security of our technology environment. Additionally, you’ll actively support our digitalization initiatives and play a crucial role in implementing ERP and CRM systems to enhance our operational capabilities.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Support in administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data through robust IT security measures.
  • Support in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure a standardized and efficient IT environment.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of technology solutions, including software installations and updates.
  • Actively participate in the company’s digitalization efforts, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ideal Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an IT Specialist, Helpdesk Level II, or System Engineer.
  • High level of knowledge of Microsoft 365 (user management, Intune, SharePoint sites, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of networking (VLAN, firewall, access points, VPN).
  • Helpdesk skills or similar, knowledge of new technologies in the cloud domain.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Mandatory proficiency in the Italian language.
  • Good knowledge of English (level B2).
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team.
