As an Application Engineering Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs for our clients. You will ensure that training sessions are effective, engaging, and tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Your ability to develop comprehensive training materials, facilitate hands-on sessions, and support clients in mastering our technology will be key to your success. Few examples of responsibilities:
- Conduct Training: Lead training sessions at our headquarters or client sites.
- Develop Training Content: Create and update training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
- Customer Support: Assist clients in becoming autonomous with our technology, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts and mediate between clients and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve training programs and stay updated with industry trends.
Ideal Background:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Management)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer management within companies producing technical hardware products (e.g., milling machines, machinery, plants)
- Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Nice to Have: Background or knowledge in Additive Manufacturing
- Strong communication and mediation skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Italian Language proficiency is mandatory.
- English Language Level intermediate (B2 at least).
