As a Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our quality standards, streamlining processes, and supporting our certification endeavors. You will be responsible for managing product quality, primarily focusing on printed products, but also gaining exposure to machinery. Your expertise in quality control will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Product Quality Management: Oversee the quality of printed products, ensuring they meet established standards. Gain exposure to quality management of machinery, ensuring all products are consistently high-quality.
- Testing: Conduct various tests to assess product quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Non-Conformities Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformities. Implement corrective actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and non-conformities. Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Document Production: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for clients, partners, and suppliers. Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Process and Certification: Support the certification process for both our products and incoming purchases. Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Dimensional Quality Control and Metrology Measurements: Perform dimensional quality control and metrology measurements to ensure products meet precise specifications. Use measurement tools and techniques to verify product dimensions and quality.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
- 1-2 years in a role in contact with the quality function within the manufacturing industry. Experience in Quality Control is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Familiarity with metrology measurement tools.
- Ability to draft product quality reports.
- Nice to have: Experience with custom products or those relevant to our market.
- Flexibility, precision, organization, and strong communication skills.
- English language at intermediate level (B2).
- Italian language proficiency is mandatory.
