As a Senior Service Engineering Specialist you will lead client support, installations, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier support for our solutions.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the main technical point of contact ensuring successful product and service implementation.
- Technical Assistance: Conduct installations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Lead troubleshooting protocols, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- On-Site Support: Provide field assistance to ensure a smooth installation process.
Ideal Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamworking skills
- High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2/C1)
