You will be joining our Service Engineering team, a highly strategic function that plays a key role in translating the value of our technology into real impact for our clients.
This team actively contributes to customer satisfaction, product reliability, and long-term partnership building. In this role, you will be the go-to person for client interaction: understanding their needs, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and working side by side with them to drive successful outcomes. You will also have a hand in project planning, and will provide training and guidance, not just to clients, but also to internal teams, helping everyone make the most of our technology.

- Act as the client’s trusted partner: Understand their needs, manage communication and expectations throughout the entire relationship, and ensure a seamless technical journey.
- Enable confident use of our technology: Deliver training and day-to-day support to both clients and internal teams, making sure everyone feels equipped and empowered to work with our technology.
- Solve problems with clarity and care: Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, while creating clear documentation to support long-term solutions and shared knowledge.
- Be present when it counts: Provide on-site support when needed, especially during installations, to ensure everything runs smoothly from the very start.
Ideal Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
- Around 3 years of experience in a Service Engineering team where the core focus was on managing customer interactions and technical relationship management, even if not handled directly.
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2/C1)
