Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team of Developers and DevOps professionals to shape the future of our cutting-edge software solutions. Your expertise will guide the technical evolution of our products, ensuring innovation, scalability, and adherence to the highest quality standards, all while solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Few examples of responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the team, solving complex problems and facilitating decisions on architectures, frameworks, and tools.
- Remove of technical blockers that could slow the team’s progress.
- Identify new technologies and solutions that can enhance the team’s efficiency and work quality.
- Supervise software quality, including code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Ideal Background:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years in roles such as Tech Lead in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET
- Knowledge of C++ and Python
- Experience in microservices, software quality, and design of scalable solutions.
