As an Administration and Tender Intern you will become a maestro in orchestrating both financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with different stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to grow alongside the Administration & Finance team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We envision a long-term path of training and growth for the role.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Support in management and contractual compilation for Tenders;
  • Monitor payments and deadlines, handle deposits, and potentially manage communications, reminders, and credit recovery.
  • Handling communication and mediating with lawyers and external collaborators/consultants;
  • Supporting the collection of monthly invoices and organizing and distributing documents systematically.

 

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in the Economic field
  • Italian Language proficiency is mandatory (C1)
  • English Language proficiency (B2/C1)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office package (particularly Excel and Power Point)
  • Analytical approach and passion to work with numbers
