Caracol is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst that will join the Marketing & Strategy team. This person will be supporting the end-to-end development and management of company’s CRM. This person will be supporting the execution of the objectives in direct digital marketing, inside sales activities, as well as managing customer insights and developing engagement actions.


Responsibilities

Support in management of the digital tool CRM, with activities such as:

 

  • Data entry, management, and analysis
  • Control of dashboard and main KPIs
  • Control information flow of sales and marketing processes that occur through tool
  • Possibility to ideate new improvements and implementations in the tool’s functionalities, coordinating needs across company departments
  • Support in troubleshooting any issues met by the team when using the tool, and development of training materials.

 

Other support to the Marketing Dept.:

 

  • Responsible for lead collection data entry and data management (i.e., follow-ups, direct marketing actions) from sources such as fairs and events
  • Manage lead collection and requests received through digital channels (e.g., website forms)
  • Support in the segmentation and profiling of clients and contacts collected for direct marketing activities (e.g., newsletter, campaigns, etc…)
  • Support the Marketing Manager with operative activities relative to digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the Marketing and Strategy team in redacting strategic presentations for the CEO or investors
  • Support on activities related to market research, competitive analysis, or other strategic projects
  • Analysis of KPIs for the sales and marketing departments, to define useful insights for the teams’ activities, and support the Auditing dept in putting together the monthly performance dashboard

 

Support the sales team:

 

  • Analyze and support management of opportunities/ leads from different accounts or sources (inbound)
  • Support in redacting and preparing offer documents to close any contract with new clients

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Marketing Management / Market Research / Business
  • Master’s degree or Graduate student in Management / Marketing Management / Market Research / Business
  • Experienced with digital tools or with digital marketing

Responsibilities
  • Inspection, testing and measuring products using metrology instruments (e.g., callipers, roughness gauges, tally plane, micrometre, 3D scanning etc) and generation of control reports
  • Ensuring compliance of the product with respect to internal and external standards and requirements (i.e. monitoring operations, reporting inconsistencies)
  • Collaborating with Technical Department to define product quality requirements and generating control plan
  • Reporting product and process non-conformances, quality-related issue and analysis of root-causes.
  • Supporting in auditing activities (internal audit and external audit)
  • Supporting in definition of internal process standards.
  • Supporting in drafting procedures of Company’s internal processes according to internal requirements and external standards and regulations.

This person will support in a very horizontal way all Operations Department tasks, planning the activities of production, post-production and logistics, reviewing the operating procedures and innovating existing processes following an Industry 4.0 type of approach.


Responsibilities
  • Support the Industrial Engineering department in major projects regarding 3D printing
  • Work with the Production department and study the company’s production processes, developing a good understanding of 3D printing and robotics technologies.
  • Support the Industrial Engineering department in planning and coordinating production and post-production activities.
  • Support the Logistics department in managing the inbound and outbound logistics activities, planning shipments, and drawing up the proper documents.
  • Support the Industrial Engineering department in carrying out all the activities of analysis, monitoring and reporting of the main technical KPIs
  • Follow projects for the optimization of the production and post-production processes and resource utilization
  • Support the Quality department in drafting procedures on the company’s internal processes (Production, D&E, etc.) and the related technical documentation
  • Collect and process data and information to be included in the documentation, collaborating directly with the Quality, Production and R&D departments.

  • Support the company ERP implementation acting as coordinator among all departments involved

  • Plan project completion time by:
    • Design and engineering

  • Design products in accordance with the requirements of stakeholders, according to AM and RLSAM technology, through specific software
  • Illustrate project progress to stakeholders through PowerPoint presentations, PDFs or directly from 3D software
  • Understand the feedback received from stakeholders during alignments and make the necessary changes when necessary
  • During production and post-production, interface directly with interested parties by providing information or technical specifications related to the project
  • At the end of the project, include positive and critical aspects of the newly developed project flow to make improvements to similar and not similar future cases
