As a Finance Specialist, you will be the local point of contact for our US team, bridging finance, administration, and HR matters between them and the departments in Italy. This role offers a significant opportunity for growth, allowing you to develop autonomy and expertise in managing financial operations and supporting our expanding US presence.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • General Accounting: Handle issuing and receiving invoices for the US, with support from a US accountant.
  • Controlling: Assist in management control reporting for the US company, focusing on P&L revenues, costs, investments, and cash flow.
  • Administrative: Manage active and passive invoicing and various other tasks.
  • HR/General Services Support: Serve as the local point of reference with knowledge of US payroll and manage legal and labor consultant issues.

 

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in Economics (necessary knowledge of American Economics) or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in controlling or administration.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with management software (nice to have: knowledge of QuickBooks).
  • Adaptability, confidentiality and ability to proactively seek information and data.
  • Analytical mindset, number and data orientation.
  • Good relational skills and strategic thinking.
  • English language proficiency (mandatory).
