As an Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine, helping us grow, connect, and stand out.

You will work with our Business Development and Marketing teams to generate leads, amplify our presence in the US market, and create meaningful touchpoints with clients and partners.

From managing local events and trade shows, to supporting digital campaigns and keeping our CRM sharp and up to date, you will have a real impact on how Caracol shows up and delivers value. You will also play a key role in handling quotations and client, supporting our revenue growth and customer experience.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Coordinate local events and trade shows, managing PR contacts with journalists, press, and local associations
  • Support social/digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage CRM for the US region
  • Handle external quotations for On Demand Manufacturing and platforms
  • Conduct lead generation activities on the website

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in Business Management or Marketing field.
  • Previous experience of up to 1 year in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent MS Office package knowledge
  • Experience in assisting/helping to organize events is a plus
