As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing our global network of distributors and sales agents. Your primary focus will be to monitor partners’ performance, ensure alignment with business goals, and provide the necessary support to drive growth and maximize sales effectiveness.
Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will facilitate partner participation in key industry events, ensuring they have the resources and insights needed to succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel internationally, strengthening business relationships.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee annual business plans and conduct quarterly reviews
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate partner participation in fairs and events
  • Engage in on-field activities by regularly visiting global partners virtually or physically

Ideal Background:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.
  • 3 years of experience in a commercial role, with 6-12 months specifically in channel management (distributors/agents coordination).
  • Industrial sector experience is required, ensuring a strong understanding of sales cycles and B2B dynamics (Additive Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to manage professional relationships with partners and strong negotiation skills.
  • Planning and performance evaluation abilities
  • Fluent English (C1 level minimum).
