Software Engineering Manager & Scrum Master

As a Software Engineering Manager & Scrum Master, you will key a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software department. Reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner to drive innovation and excellence across our software ecosystem. You’ll lead a talented team of Developers, DevOps professionals, and a Tech Lead, fostering collaboration, ensuring high-quality delivery, and building solutions that redefine industry standards.

Few examples of responsibilities:

Ensure the effective and timely delivery of features and products, while maintaining a comprehensive workflow vision.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align product vision with objectives , ensure clear priorities, transparent communication, and regular updates on progress, risks, and timelines.
Promote collaboration to balance technical feasibility with business priorities
Manage technical decisions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support the team in adopting Agile principles.
Facilitate the personal and professional growth of team members

Ideal Background:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years in roles such as Engineering Manager or Software Team Lead, with technical team management experience.
Expertise in C#, .NET, microservices, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
