As a Service Engineering Specialist, you will be hands-on in client support, installations, and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with our senior team, gaining experience in technical assessments, system integration, and issue resolution.

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Conduct installations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
  • On-Site Service: Provide field assistance to ensure a smooth installation process
  • Client Support: Assist clients in implementing and integrating our solutions
  • Documentation & Reporting: Gather data, create reports, and contribute to technical manuals.

 

Ideal Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related field
  • From 6 months up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and teamworking skills
  • High proficiency in English and Italian (at least B2/C1)
