Few examples of responsibilities:
- Managing Orders: Assist in purchase orders, ensuring a more data-driven approach and gaining initial experience in procurement, supplier management, and negotiation.
- Purchasing Data Analysis: Support purchasing planning and budgeting monitoring, helping reduce capital immobilization and stock-out risks.
- Supporting Purchasing Processes: Contribute to defining action plans for suppliers and purchasing strategies.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- No prior experience required (recent graduates welcome)
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
- Nice to Have: Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
- Time management and teamworking skills
- Italian language is mandatory (level C1/C2)
- High proficiency in English (at least B2/C1)
