As a Purchasing Intern, you will support our team with data analysis and managing recurring purchases. If you have a keen eye for detail, love working with data, and are excited to kickstart your career in procurement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Few examples of responsibilities:

  • Managing Orders: Assist in purchase orders, ensuring a more data-driven approach and gaining initial experience in procurement, supplier management, and negotiation.
  • Purchasing Data Analysis: Support purchasing planning and budgeting monitoring, helping reduce capital immobilization and stock-out risks.
  • Supporting Purchasing Processes: Contribute to defining action plans for suppliers and purchasing strategies.

Ideal Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
  • No prior experience required (recent graduates welcome)
  • MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
  • Nice to Have: Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
  • Time management and teamworking skills
  • Italian language is mandatory (level C1/C2)
  • High proficiency in English (at least B2/C1)
